Et j'ai découvert récemment un producteur inconnu mais terriblement talentueux israelien, Kutiman. Son idée est géniale : utiliser les vidéos personnelles de Youtube pour composer des morceaux. A sa manière, il prend le relais des Wax Taylor, RZA, RJD2 et compagnie. Chaque vidéo apporte un son, un instrument, un kick, un clic... A partir de cette matière première (à profusion sur le net), Kutiman crée avec une virtuosité incroyable. Par exemple sur "I'm New", morceau d'abstract hip-hop, on ne peut pas faire un lien avec DJ Shadow. Je vous mets en dessous d'autres morceaux, ils sont tous excellents.
