Je suis de la génération bercé par le hip-hop des années 90, celui entre autre de Tribe Called Quest. Je suis et resterai un inconditionnel du flow, du style de Q-Tip qui m'a tant marqué à l'époque. Son album solo, "The Renaissance", va bientôt sortir et il s'annonce grandiose. Les samples sont tous bien sentis et le premier single "Gettin' Up" offre un aperçu de cet air de joie que délivre Q-Tip. Du hip-hop soul bien relevé emmené par un Q-Tip travesti en un mi-Davy Crockett (chapeau à queue), mi-Michael Jackson (veste militaire rouge).
I am from the generation who listened to Nineties hip-hop, the one of Tribe Called Quest. I am and will be a fan of the flow, of the style of Q-Tip who "marked" my mind at this time.
