Il m'aura fallu attendre jusqu'en novembre pour décerner le prix du meilleur album techno de l'année 2008. Le grand vainqueur sans aucune contestation possible est "Music Components" d'Arnaud Rebotini (moitié de Black Strobe depuis seul aux commandes ou encore derrière Zend Avesta, Aleph, Avalanche...). Ce français au look de motard fait rarement comme les autres et même fait l'inverse. Alors que presque toutes les productions actuelles sont issues de laptop, lui a décidé de faire un album qu'avec des instruments bien réels, de vieux synthés, d'anciennes boîtes à rythmes, etc. Comme si les machines avaient engendré chez Arnaud Rebotini une inspiration profonde et divine, chaque morceau mériterait d'être sorti en maxi.

Even if all nowadays productions comes from laptop, he decided to record an album with real instruments, old keyboards, groovebox... As if the machines gave to Arnaud Rebotini a deep and divine inspiration, each trach should be released on EP.
