Pour les habitués des dance-floors, le nom de Trackheadz devraient leur dire quelque chose. Il s'agit d'un duo canadien à savoir Nick Holder, fabuleux producteur depuis 10 ans d'une deep house mélancolique, et Kaje qui fut son assistant. Depuis maintenant deux ans, Trackheadz sort des maxis sortis régulièrement en white label qui dépassaient l'espérance des deux compères. La reconnaissance est là et le succès d'estime amplement mérite.
C'est pour cette raison que le label le plus classe de la scène House NRK Sound Division (Joey Negro, Freeform Five, Miguel Migs...) décide d'éditer un album éponyme rassemblant leurs opus et quelques inédits. Entre musique lounge énergique et jazzy house, Trackheadz nous offre une succession de moments d'intenses plaisirs. On s'imagine sur une plage, un soleil couchant annonçant imminente d'une nuit dansante inoubliable. Agréable, sensuel, envoutant et délicieux.
L'empreinte jazz de cet album ressort particulièrement sur le titre "Amor Por Ti" avec son saxophone flottant qui guide nos pas pour ne plus les lâcher. Un morceau de jazzy house qui vous enveloppera dans son écrin de coton !
For the fans of dance-floor, the name of Trackheadz should remember something to them. In fact it is a Canadian duet with the well-known Nick Holder, fabulous producer for 10 years of a melancholic deep house, and Kaje who was his assistant. For now two years, Trackheadz has released couple of EPs regularly in white label which exceeded the hope of the two accomplices. The recognition and the success amply deserves.
For this reason the excellent label of the house scene NRK Sound Division (Joey Negro, Freeform Five, Miguel Migs...) decided to publish an eponym album gathering their opus with few exclusives tracks. Between an energetic music lounge and a jazzy house, Trackheadz offers to us a succession of moments of intense pleasures. One thinks on a beach, a setting sun announcing the iminent arrival of unforgettable dancing night. Pleasant, sensual, bewitching and delicious.
The jazz print of this album arises particularly on the track "Amor Por Ti" with its floating sax which guides our steps more to give up them. A piece of jazzy house which will wrap you in its cotton case !
